About The Role

The Public Sector and Healthcare (PSHC) marketing team seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support integrated marketing across the U.S. SLED (state, local, education), Federal, and Healthcare segments. The role primarily supports the education business within the SLED market (~70%) and also contributes to broader team initiatives, implementing programs that engage prospects, generate opportunities, and accelerate pipeline growth. This position offers growth into a Regional Marketing Manager role.

This position is open to candidates located remotely in the East Coast or Central time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Support go-to-market plans for SLED, Federal, and Healthcare markets, executing tactics aligned with pipeline, retention, cross-sell, and new logo goals
• Manage project timelines, vendor coordination, asset delivery, event logistics, budgets, and post-program reporting
• Execute marketing programs including live and virtual events, email campaigns, webinars, regional initiatives, and promotional items
• Lead internal marketing communications such as newsletters, regional calendars, and cross-team visibility
• Create and manage CrowdStrike-branded event pages, coordinating with web and creative teams
• Analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and other tools, providing insights for improvement

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or cybersecurity
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate cross-functionally
