We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing team as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. This role supports community-building, engagement, and social interactions across our digital platforms, enhancing brand visibility and supporting growth.

This role is remote but candidates must be located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and execute paid media campaigns to increase sales and revenue across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
2. Manage campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic.
3. Build reporting structures with the Senior Marketing Manager to track performance and key metrics.
4. Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns, managing a budget of $4 million/month.
5. Coordinate with marketing operations and design teams for creative refreshes.
6. Support A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and platform expansion.
7. Audit ad platforms and analyze performance data.

What You'll Bring

1. Strong analytical skills, experience with dashboards in Looker Studio, GA4, and other tools.
2. Understanding of custom scripts in campaigns for insights beyond standard reporting.
3. Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
4. Experience refining campaign strategies based on data insights.
5. Collaborative approach with the Senior Advertising Manager to optimize performance.
6. Vendor relationship management skills with Google, Meta, and Programmatic reps.
