Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our market position, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing channels and technologies.
- Design and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with teams to create campaigns that drive business growth.
- Support executive teams with visually engaging communications tailored for diverse audiences.
- Lead omnichannel marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, content, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Leverage generative AI to augment capabilities and improve product quality.
- Build strong partnerships internally and with key stakeholders, including Shell.
- Establish KPIs and report on marketing performance regularly.
- Support business development activities and create key business metrics reports.
- Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems for efficiency.
- Manage external events, including conferences and industry gatherings, including international travel.
- Utilize digital technologies to streamline lead management and conversion processes.
- Monitor industry trends and stay ahead of new initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee website content, strategy, and optimization efforts.
- Serve as HubSpot operational and tactical lead, managing subscriptions and functions.
- Create and deploy campaigns, landing pages, and other assets supporting marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with experience in high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and data analysis tools.
- Creative, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing leadership role.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in startups or mid-large organizations.

- Experience in Oil & Gas, mining, or geothermal sectors is a bonus.
Time Commitment & Travel
- Full-time position.
