The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can help us tell our story — someone thriving in fast-paced environments, translating technical complexity into compelling messaging, and shaping a new category. This is an individual contributor role today, with potential to grow into leadership as we scale. You’ll define what excellence looks like — owning every piece of our product marketing function.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the narrative. Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Functionize and resonate with technical buyers.
2. Enable the field. Build sales collateral, battlecards, one-pagers, and use-case decks to drive revenue.
3. Drive launches and strategy. Lead cross-functional product launches and GTM initiatives from strategy to execution.
4. Be the voice of the customer. Conduct interviews, win/loss analysis, and market research to inform product direction and messaging.
5. Partner with demand gen. Create content and programs like blogs, webinars, and email nurtures to increase awareness and pipeline.
6. Support the funnel. Collaborate with sales and customer success to improve conversion at every buyer journey stage.
7. Own packaging and pricing. Lead strategies to align product packaging and pricing with customer needs and growth goals.
8. Tell technical stories. Translate product functionality into benefits-based narratives across channels such as websites, datasheets, whitepapers, etc.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., DevOps, QA, Engineers) and/or in AI, automation, or testing space.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products quickly.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills that make technical content relatable.
• Proven success leading product launches and GTM strategies.
• Collaborative, proactive, and low-ego approach — comfortable with strategy and execution.
• Domain experience in test automation, developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or related technologies (preferred).
