A leading company in the tech sector is seeking a Tradeshow Events Coordinator to lead their strategic planning and execution of third-party events. We're seeking an experienced Tradeshow Events Coordinator to lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of third-party events. In this role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive tradeshow strategies that builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and deepens engagement within the Klaviyo community. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue behind Klaviyo's presence at premier industry events, where innovation meets artistry. This isn't just about manning a booth – you're partnering cross-functionally to craft immersive brand experiences that stop attendees in their tracks and draw them into the Klaviyo universe.
In this role, you will report into the Director of Event Marketing and while tradeshows will be your primary focus there will also be other projects throughout the year that you will support like Klaviyo’s annual global user conference K:BOS. This role offers the perfect balance of analytical rigor and creative expression, giving you the freedom to experiment with bold, memorable approaches while driving measurable impact.
