Job summary

Continental ContiTech seeks an experienced marketing leader to drive multi-channel campaigns, translate global brand strategies into Americas messaging, and partner with sales, e-commerce and product management to launch campaigns.

You will manage external agencies, create high-quality content, and support trade shows with pre/post-event communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in marketing are required; agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing communications in B2B and/or B2C environments.
• Strong background in digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, web, email, PR) with measurable business impact.
• Develop and implement social media presence and influencer strategy for the region.
• Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant Americas messaging.
• Create and drive high-quality content (web, campaigns, videos, case studies, sales tools).
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives with sales, e-commerce and product management.
• Act as key marketing partner to regional sales teams and collaborate with global counterparts.
• Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver impactful output.
• Support trade shows and events with engaging pre- and post-event communication.

• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with sales, e-commerce and product management
• Act as the key marketing partner to regional sales teams and collaborate with global marketing counterparts
• Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver impactful output
• Support trade shows and events with engaging pre- and post-event communication

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications ina B2B and/or B2C environment
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management and multi-channel campaign execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
