Job summary

Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee U.S. GAAP matters and manage SEC reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, possess CPA certification, and have 8-12+ years of experience in public accounting and SEC reporting roles.

This role involves preparing SEC filings and providing guidance on complex accounting issues, making strong technical writing and analytical skills a must. The position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings.
• Advise management on accounting implications of strategic transactions.
