You will manage and review financial statements and disclosures, support investor relations, and supervise reporting staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a CPA designation, and over 6 years of SEC reporting experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 – $150,000 and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SEC reporting including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with XBRL and technical accounting concepts.
