This role owns the accuracy of provider data from validation through publication, with a strong focus on healthcare operations and compliance in a remote, US-based environment. You will lead a hybrid team, partner with product and engineering, and build repeatable, data-driven operating rhythms that improve accuracy, reporting, and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in team management.
• Healthcare operations experience managing provider data or directories.
• Familiarity with CMS Medicare Advantage directory regulation and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data sets.
• Proven track record of establishing repeatable operational processes with quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Provider Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will own the accuracy and operational integrity of provider data from validation through publication, with a strong focus on healthcare operations and compliance. The Sr. Manager will lead a hybrid team, partnering closely with product, engineering, and care navigation stakeholders to improve directory quality and the underlying processes that support members and patients. The position is centered on building repeatable, data-driven operating rhythms that improve accuracy, reporting, and the overall experience of using provider information.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,500 – $151,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of provider data from validation to publication
