Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Operations Officer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will provide executive leadership across service delivery and field operations, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, operational alignment, and team performance. You will partner closely with medical directors, client representatives, and physician leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, effective communication, and consistent execution across the organization. The position also supports the development of training, mentorship, and new digital solutions that improve outcomes and deliver measurable return on investment.

Compensation: $123,880 – $183,376 annually
