MedPOINT Management is seeking a detail-driven Provider Directory Data Assurance Analyst to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. You will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider data that healthcare members rely on every day.

In this role you will audit and validate data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with network management, credentialing, and compliance teams to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data management or provider relations.
• Strong knowledge of provider directory requirements and regulatory standards (CMS, DMHC).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience with managed care, IPA, or health plan operations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor provider directory updates and maintain data integrity across platforms.

• Support CMS and state regulatory compliance requirements related to provider directory accuracy.
• Document data assurance processes, findings, and corrective actions.
