Mission

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our paid media efforts, including SEM, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels. The role involves managing new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and supporting cross-sell and upsell initiatives. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role initially, with opportunities for team expansion as the company grows.

Outcomes
  • Manage paid media campaigns across various channels.
  • Implement measurement and attribution for pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with the data team to develop detailed reporting.
  • Create testing and optimization plans for efficiency and scale.
  • Identify new media opportunities.
  • Develop media creative strategies with input from product marketing and ABM teams.
  • Report results and insights to leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google and Meta advertising platforms; experience with additional channels is a plus.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, experience with tools like Looker.
  • Familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B SaaS environments is advantageous.
  • Experience managing performance marketing for both product-led and sales-assisted models.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Openness to feedback and collaboration.
  • Preference for candidates on the East Coast, especially Boston or New York, but open to other locations for the right fit.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
