YOUR MISSION
The Director of Digital and Performance Marketing is a results-driven leader obsessed with delivering digital communications that inform and excite current and future consumers. Oversees PNA (US and Canada) digital disciplines across acquisition, retention, affiliate, and social channels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, affiliate, and measurable revenue growth with a focus on consumer LTV.
- Oversee calendar and campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all digital channels: email, app, social, programmatic display, and paid search.
- Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with PNA business objectives and established KPIs.
- Reinforce and establish a data-driven mindset that translates into measurable actions using automation, AI, and consumer insights to validate strategies and tactics.
- Challenge norms and hypotheses through focused A/B testing and measures.
- Partner with marketing counterparts on full-funnel digital media consumer journey plans and work closely with the brand marketing team to develop synergistic marketing plans that advance the brand.
- Collaborate with eCommerce to implement best practices, pilot new strategies, and localize activities within the performance marketing framework.
- Lead and inspire the digital and performance marketing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in execution.
- Optimize marketing spends, achieve ROAS targets, and make critical financial decisions; present results and recommendations to upper management.
- In partnership with Vice Presidents, develop the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives, including financial planning for marketing channels with specific KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally to translate the integrated brand strategy into digital marketing plans and campaigns that connect with consumer experiences to increase awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Define and implement customer relationship marketing programs to build profitable, long-term customer value.
- Support the Vice President Marketing DTC in maximizing vendor and agency relationships, including scope development and ongoing optimization.
YOUR TALENT
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in digital and performance marketing, campaigns, platforms, tactics, and technologies.
- Specific experience in CRM, Loyalty, and emerging AI technology.
- Experience with industry-leading tools and platforms.
- Success in matrix organizations and agile teams; ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguity.
- Proven leadership in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Excellence in budget management and financial acumen.
