Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to develop and execute national account strategies that drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth across key customers.

You will build executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, analyze data for actionable insights, manage trade funds and promotional budgets, and ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution. This role requires about 50% travel and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years in National Account Management or related roles.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and customer executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

Additional Information
  • Travel: Approximately 50%.
  • Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000 plus bonus eligibility.
