You will oversee payroll processing across more than 15 countries in EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless integration with HR, Legal, and Tax teams. As a key contributor, you will optimize payroll systems-primarily Workday, support international new-country setups, and manage complex payroll projects that have a direct impact on the company's global growth.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in global payroll processing, especially across EMEA and APAC regions
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing Workday Payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of international tax compliance and legal considerations
• Experience with payroll in non-profit sectors

Preferred Education and Experience:
