Job summary

Delek US Holdings in Nashville seeks a Sr Manager, Enterprise Information Management (Sr. Manager SAP FI/CO) to lead strategy, implementation, and support of enterprise Finance systems, with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO as core.

You will manage AMS teams, coordinate with onsite and offshore resources, ensure SOX/SOD compliance, and drive a multi-year roadmap for secure, scalable finance applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Two or more years of management experience required.
• Eight or more years in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO required.
• Hands-on with SAC, Coupa, Kyriba, or BlackLine is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) and Controlling processes.
• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Tax, FP&A, Month-End, Group Reporting, Analytics.
• Manage full lifecycle for Finance systems including SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Kyriba, BlackLine.
• Develop and execute IT strategy for Finance with a multi-year roadmap.
• Stay current with innovations (AI/Analytics) for Finance and recommend adoption.
• Lead AMS teams onsite and offshore, mentor finance applications staff.

Job Summary

Sr Manager, Enterprise Information Management (Sr. Manager SAP FI/CO) leads the strategy, implementation, and support of enterprise Finance systems, with primary responsibility for SAP S/4HANA FI/CO business processes. This role serves as the Finance systems SME, overseeing application lifecycle management, integrations, compliance (SOD/SOX), and continuous improvement initiatives. The position drives the Finance IT roadmap, leads AMS teams (onsite and offshore), and ensures secure, scalable, and optimized solutions aligned with business objectives.

Education And Experience

• 4-year / Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience: Two (2) or more years of management experience (Required).
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in a related field, including SAP S/4HANA FI/CO (Required).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Coupa, Kyriba, or BlackLine is highly desirable

Job Requirements

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) and Controlling Business Processes.
• Provide expertise across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Tax, FP&A, Month-End, Group Reporting, Analytics).
• Manage and maintain the full application lifecycle for Finance systems including SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Kyriba, and Blackline.
• Develop and execute IT strategy for Finance and establish a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Stay current with innovations (including AI and Analytics for Finance) and recommend strategic adoption.
• Lead and manage Application Maintenance Support (AMS) teams (onsite and offshore), including third-party vendors, and mentor finance applications team members.
• Ensure strong integration across SAP S/4 and other financial and non-financial enterprise applications.
• Lead system configuration and oversee customization in alignment with SAP best practices and upgrade compatibility.
• Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD), SOX/internal audit controls, and oversee security roles, access governance, and internal system controls.
• Drive testing, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous system improvements.
• Lead Finance projects and system improvement initiatives independently.
