Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr Mgr, DTD Business Development to lead commercial partnerships for Direct-to-Device connectivity. You will manage agreements, coordinate technical alignment, and drive growth across device OEMs, with exposure to VP/SVP leadership and cross-functional teams in Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Marketing.

The role requires an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in ambiguity, with deep telecom/connectivity partnerships experience,

Qualifications

10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and own the partnership for Amazon Leo DTD connectivity services for device customers.
Execute partnership strategies for long-term business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Legal, Engineering) to ensure commercial strategies align with technical capabilities and service readiness.
Develop and present updates to VP and SVP-level leadership.
