Bristol Myers Squibb Company is seeking a Sr. Manager - Commercialization IT Data Capabilities to support the US Analytics Solutions program from Lawrence Township, NJ.

The role focuses on data timeliness, quality, and seamless collaboration with business users and upstream data sources. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least two years in data/analyst roles, with hands-on experience in AWS Redshift, S3, RDS, Python, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or foreign equivalent acceptable.
• Two years of experience as Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation.
• Experience with AWS Redshift, S3, RDS, SQL editor, data orchestration and data quality management.
• Experience leading data operations for a commercial data warehouse supporting US market.

Responsibilities

• Support the business operation of the Commercial Data Warehouse (C-SCAN) for US stakeholders.
• Ensure data timeliness and quality; coordinate access requests and issue resolution.
• Partner with upstream sources to ensure uninterrupted delivery of data and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with business users to support analytical needs via DEL, SQL Workbench and Tableau dashboards.
• Handle SNOW requests including access, incidents, changes and enhancements.
• Ensure data handling per legal and company guidelines.
