Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic AI Marketing Mix Modeling and establish ARD data layer.
• Evaluate Bayesian methods within Marketing Mix for stability and accuracy.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with KPI knowledge bases and Azure OpenAI.
• Implement model validation, back-testing, and calibration checks.
• Architect and orchestrate autonomous analytics agents within the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate data schemas on Databricks and governance.
• Develop ETL pipelines and production-grade analytics apps (Streamlit, Dash).
• Explain modeling assumptions clearly to stakeholders, in business terms.
• Partner with BI&T, Data Science, TA Analytics, and Eng to standardize analytics datasets.
