The role emphasizes Databricks-based data workflows, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow, with a strong focus on GenAI integration, RAG techniques, and translating business needs into data products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-domain experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud-native data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support AI and Data initiatives across Clinical Trial Operations product lines.
• Develop and enhance data solutions for clinical R&D data usage.
• Collaborate with BI&T partners and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of the Data Platform.
• Deliver GenAI-powered applications and data discovery features for clinical operations workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and vendor resources in Databricks and best practices.
• Stay current on GenAI trends and apply them to optimize platform performance.
