Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sr. Manager, Change Management to lead and drive organizational change initiatives within our company. This position will play a crucial role in creating and implementing strategies to optimize the success of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and minimizing resistance to change. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to design and implement strategies and plans. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our employees at all levels are prepared for and can sustain continuous change.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for successful adoption of new tools, processes, and quality standards.
  2. Change Management Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders in effectively managing change processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, communications, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives. Coach field leaders on adoption tactics.
  3. Communication & Engagement: Analyze stakeholder groups and create tailored communication plans to effectively communicate the rationale, benefits, and impacts of change to each group. Develop and coordinate communication artifacts.
  4. Training Design & Planning: Design project-specific training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to organizational transformation successfully. Coordinate with HR, Operational Training, Service Delivery Capability, and Ops Support teams to fit into broader training roadmaps and ensure integration with business-as-usual training events (e.g., new hire onboarding).
  5. Training Development & Coordination: Develop project-specific curricula, training development plans, and training artifacts, with support from relevant teams. Develop and execute training implementation plans.
  6. Change Readiness and Adoption: Work with the broader change team to assess the organization's readiness for change and develop plans to build change readiness across all levels. Monitor and measure the adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, or practices, and implement corrective actions when needed. Define ‘what good looks like’ and establish feedback loops to analyze results and modify strategies as needed.
  7. Change Management Tools and Methodologies: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management methodologies and tools. Help identify and implement appropriate tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in change management, including leading initiatives within complex organizations. Management consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, motivation, and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strategic thinker capable of aligning change initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Hands-on executor with a bias for action, capable of strategizing, planning, and executing with precision.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in high-performance teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and providing insights.
  • Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint and creating executive-quality presentations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. The salary range for this position is $136,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and location. The company adheres to all applicable wage laws and does not pay less than minimum wage.
