Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Change Management to lead the organizational change efforts for a transformational implementation of Workday at United. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of Workday across the enterprise by focusing on the people side of change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, exceptional leadership skills, and expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies.

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00. The salary range/hourly rate listed depends on experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive awards.
