Summary
Lead, manage and develop public relations strategy, programs and communications that position and further cement Shake Shack as a fun, lively community gathering place and the leading modern day “roadside” burger stand. Reports to Director of Brand at Shake Shack to position and strengthen and protect the Shake Shack brand image among the consumer and business community through tailored narratives (press), strategic national initiatives and special events (conceptualizing and driving press-worthy moments and special projects that reinforce our narrative and ladder up to desired image) and national partnerships and brand alignments (creating association with image, ethos and reputation). Works cohesively with all key SSE departments to assure PR initiatives enhance and support the mission.

Related Experience
6+ years of experience in the Public Relations or Communications space, working at an agency or in-house (lifestyle or food experience a plus); required crisis communications experience. Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Related Field.
