About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale our affiliate partnerships program as part of the Growth Marketing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving acquisition growth through a high-performing network of affiliate partners, expanding into new verticals, and owning channel strategy and performance. You will partner cross-functionally with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute a best-in-class program aligned with our business objectives.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced affiliate marketer with a proven track record of scaling partner programs, negotiating high-value deals, and mentoring team members.

You Will:
  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the affiliate marketing program across key publisher categories, including content, SEO, influencers, loyalty, and comparison.

  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-tier affiliate partners; source and negotiate new partnerships that deliver scalable performance.

  • Program Optimization: Implement innovative strategies to optimize performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS), improve conversion rates, and drive incremental revenue across all affiliate touchpoints.

  • Creative & Placement Oversight: Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure partner assets align with campaign goals; manage briefs, asset delivery, and placement optimization.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and report on channel performance, test hypotheses, and derive insights to influence broader growth marketing strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a liaison between affiliate partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand objectives.

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and results.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 4+ years in affiliate marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing multi-million dollar affiliate programs with clear business outcomes.

  • Strong experience negotiating partnerships, placements, and compensation models (e.g., CPL, CPA).

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution (e.g., Impact, Partnerize).

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently.

  • Passionate about health and wellness, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries.

  • Familiarity with SEO and influencer marketing as adjacent channels to affiliate growth.

  • Prior experience mentoring or managing team members is a plus.
