Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst to manage servicing for large portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. The role supports the Loan Servicing function, handling administrative aspects from disbursement to final payment.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coordinating with lenders and servicers, reviewing loan documents, and providing lender-consent recommendations. Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong math skills for calculating complex figures and percentages.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
• Act as primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.
• Ensure procedures are followed with senior analysts to maintain compliance.
• Review loan documents and ensure compliance with servicing agreements.
• Prepare recommendations for lender consent items (easements, leases, loan assumptions).
• Coordinate calls with lenders and investors, updating on loan issues and requests.
• Explain complex information clearly and meet deadlines.
• Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives.

About The Role

As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of large and high-profile portfolios of commercial mortgage loans.

This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.


• Act as the primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.


• Work with a Loan Sr. Analyst or Portfolio Sr. Analyst to ensure that procedures are being followed.


• Review and interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.


• Review and prepare multifaceted recommendations for lender consent items such as easements, leases, loan assumptions, and many other real estate-related issues.


• Coordinate conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers, updating them on loan issues and other specific investor requests.


• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems


• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.


• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.


• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.


• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.


• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.


• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.


• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgement and precedents.


• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.


• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.


• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
