Essential Functions:

The Senior Leasing Sales Specialist is a highly qualified, seasoned sales professional responsible for originating equipment financing transactions (lease and debt structures) for Bank of America clients and prospects. The role involves developing internal relationships with Relationship Managers and their teams to sell small to midsize straightforward lease and loan structures. The candidate should possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in equipment finance and leasing
  • Ability to enhance client and industry relationships, generate sales opportunities, and tailor solutions
  • Develop lasting relationships with Business Banking management, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers to maintain marketing access to clients and prospects with revenue of $10 - $50mm
  • Educate customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of features, benefits, and applications of available products and services
  • Understand credit risk policies and internal credit ratings to assess client creditworthiness
  • Develop relationships with industry contacts including dealers, brokers, insurers, and component suppliers
  • Establish credibility as a trusted business advisor within client organizations and industry networks
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency: Salary range $125,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible and benefits eligible.
