Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops business while servicing clients for their financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, offers financing for business equipment and technology, serving small to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling and referrals to meet production goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to present products and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Communicate product, service, and policy information to clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Consistently meet monthly quota goals
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Present customized client solutions effectively
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms when appropriate
  • Communicate the benefits of all product offerings effectively

This role involves tracking time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
