Position Overview

As the Senior Specialist, Commercial Clinical Imaging, you will be responsible for analyzing multiple imaging modalities for the case planning team within the Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) US commercial team. Your role involves performing analysis of 3D Computed Tomography and other imaging modalities to support field teams and healthcare professionals in commercial case planning evaluations. This position is crucial in supporting case planning for the EVOQUE Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement Therapy US field team to achieve exceptional procedural outcomes.

This position is open to US-based remote candidates. Occasional travel is required if employed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze 3D Computed Tomography reconstructions for case planning to determine measurement suitability for anatomy for BU implantation. Provide comprehensive imaging reports for case planning purposes.
• Perform CT reconstructions beyond the scope or experience of the field team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Track case planning processes across multiple technical platforms in collaboration with analysts, field teams, sales operations, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Train field teams and healthcare providers on CT and other imaging modality acquisition and interpretation, offering guidance on case planning strategies.
• Enter data for case planning measurements into CRM software.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the CT acquisition process.
• Design and develop training content related to image analysis for stakeholders.
• Assist in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives for team members.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to review challenging cases and optimize processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of in-hospital or industry clinical echocardiographic experience.
• Certification in relevant imaging modalities (e.g., RDCS, ARMS, etc.).
• If remote, able to travel approximately 15-20% to Irvine, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of relevant imaging equipment (e.g., 2D/3D TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, MRI).
• Experience with imaging analysis software (e.g., 3Mensio, TomTec).
• Full understanding of cardiovascular imaging principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide and instruct other imaging specialists.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Effective relationship management and influence skills.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and coordinate across organizations.

For California, the base pay range is $106,000 to $149,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
