The Sr. Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Leasing team, supporting the Senior Vice President, Leasing with calendar management, document handling, and vendor coordination.
The role requires a detail-oriented, adaptable communicator and strong relationship builder to support leasing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with Google and Microsoft products, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Leasing team. This position provides support to the Senior Vice President, Leasing, with administrative needs, lease negotiation tracking, document management, budget and vendor management, customer outreach coordination, and communications needs. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, adaptable, and a talented communicator and relationship builder.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Base Pay Range: $35.67 - $44.28
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
