Robotics Technologies LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large infrastructure programs in New Jersey. You will guide cross-functional teams through initiation, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with Planview or other PPM tools and NJDCA permitting requirements.

You will coordinate with technical SMEs, vendors, and business leaders, driving timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation to successful project delivery.

Competenze

• Ten+ years of experience leading large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate technical review cycles with SMEs.

Job Description :

• Minimum of ten (10) years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes required.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles and working with SMEs across engineering and IT disciplines.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable).
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with business leaders, technical SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proven capability in risk management and issue resolution.
