Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of AAON mainframe and warehouse processes preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Fast-paced, temperature-controlled lab and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and organize products for the R&D Lab.
  • Conduct inventory and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles.
  • Locate, process, move, and stage materials for operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet inventory needs.
  • Provide weekly reserve stock reports and address shortages.
  • Attend bi-weekly R&D support meetings.

## Lab Warehouse OperatorApplylocations: Tulsa, OKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR103143**Job Description:****Job Summary:**Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the operation of the R&D Lab. Conducts inventory on consumables to ensure items required are always on hand.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.* Operates equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles.* Efficiently locates, processes, moves, and stages project materials for smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.* Performs regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies between physical counts and records.* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and resolve issues and discrepancies.* Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, including location, quantity, and quality of materials.* Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to efficiently handle tasks necessary for the progression of R&D projects.* Reports inefficiencies in processes to supervisor.* Runs weekly report of reserve stock and daily shortages correcting discrepancies.* Organizes and maintains NAIC to ensure safety and aesthetics.* Attends bi-weekly R&D support meetings.**Education and Experience Requirements:**Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
