What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing coverage gaps
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity in the products sold
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling multiple insurance products; broker or call center experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of auto and home insurance products; must hold an active P&C or Personal Lines license
- Proven experience in customer interactions over the phone
- Familiarity with working in a call center environment
- Technologically competent with the ability to navigate various systems and tools
