We're Hiring: Commission-Based Sales Representative | Remote (US-Based)

What We Do:

- Structured Cabling & Low Voltage Installations

- Smart Hands / IT Dispatch Services

- Network Infrastructure Design & Deployment

- Data Center Design & Implementation

Your Role:

As a Commission-Based Sales Rep, you’ll build relationships, pitch technical solutions, and close new client contracts. This role is fully remote and ideal for hunters with a strong B2B sales mindset.

Compensation:

- 10–15% Commission on Net Revenue (up to 20% for special deals)

- $10,000 Annual Bonus for $1M+ Net Revenue Closed

- 15% one-time commission on recurring or retainer-based services(plus a one-time 2% bonus on net revenue on the recurring or retained account for the follow year only).

- Paid in phases or full, based on client payment schedule

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong background in B2B or IT/construction sales

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- High self-discipline and CRM usage

- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
