What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Convert inquiries into bookings by recommending itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences that align with guest preferences
  • Provide professional assistance for questions, concerns, and booking modifications while ensuring premium brand standards
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cruise products, promotions, and policies to represent the brand confidently
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, documenting call activity and guest feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate guest concerns and support promotional campaigns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong understanding of cruise products, destinations, and brand standards
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., POLAR or similar)
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
