Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure to lead the team responsible for cloud, on-prem systems, databases, data center, and virtualization. You will ensure up-time goals are met through thorough documentation and monitoring, and act as a security advocate for all systems.

You will manage a cross-functional team including cloud engineers, DBAs, and systems architects, directing incident response and coordinating with third-party providers to maintain health and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure teams across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to design secure systems and enforce uptime goals.
• Strong documentation and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure engineering team in design and buildout of core capabilities.
• Ensure documentation and monitoring to meet uptime goals.
• Provide Tier 3 incident support and security advocacy.
• Guide technical requirements and security across systems.
• Manage third-party service providers and vendor performance.
• Maintain architecture documentation and participate in change and problem management.
• Monitor systems with metrics for alerting and response.
