Topgolf is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure in Dallas to lead the infrastructure engineering team in designing and building core infrastructure including cloud, on-prem, databases, and data centers. The role ensures uptime through documentation and monitoring, and provides tier 3 incident support while driving security across all systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the infrastructure engineering team in the design and buildout of core infrastructure capabilities, including cloud, on-prem systems, backup systems, databases, data centers, and virtualization environments.
• Ensure proper documentation of all systems and continual monitoring to meet uptime goals.
• Provide tier 3 support for incidents and work with the support team.
• Act as a security advocate by ensuring security is designed and implemented for all systems.
• Manage third party performance and relationships to ensure system health.
• Track metrics for monitoring, alerting, and response; respond to incidents and goals.
• Create and maintain documentation of the company technical architecture and update quarterly.
• Participate in change management and problem management processes.
• Work cross-functionally to provide technical recommendations and meet corporate objectives.
