Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Highland, IN to troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance and routine electrical/mechanical problem solving on-site during 7pm–7am shifts, four days on, four days off, year-round.

Responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of equipment


• Performing preventative and predictable maintenance


• Performing routine electrical and mechanical problem solving on equipment


• 7pm - 7am shifts 4 days on / 4 days off year-round (including holidays, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Qualified candidates will offer:

• High school diploma or GED - REQUIRED


• 7+ yrs' experience in manufacturing


• Previous machine operation, material handling, production or other warehouse related experience - REQUIRED


• Strong basic math, measurement, computer skills, and ability to follow directions - REQUIRED


• Clear background and ability to pass a drug test


• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs as needed


• Ability to follow all safety and health regulations - Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO), confined space procedures


• Strong communication skills


• RELIABILITY and sense of urgency when working
