Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an HR Leader in Myerstown, PA to guide day-to-day people decisions and support local leadership in aligning behaviors with company values.

You will manage associate relations, performance, investigations, recruitment and onboarding while educating teams on company and legal requirements and ensuring HR compliance across facilities. This role emphasizes development, strategic thinking, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• PHR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience in HR operations for multiple states preferred.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
• Knowledge of HR labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to guide day-to-day people decisions and foster values.
• Manage associate relations, performance, investigations, recruitment and selection.
• Educate teams on company and legal requirements; ensure HR compliance.
• Dotted line management of HR Coordinators supporting facilities.
• Support employee development at all levels; coach individuals and teams.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processes.
• Promote two-way communications and assist with start-ups.
