Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor for weekend days in Myerstown, PA. You will lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring client service levels and efficient operations.

You’ll monitor performance, coach staff, and drive Lean improvements to exceed productivity targets. The role requires 2+ years in a leadership position, strong communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience with track record of implementing and managing change.
• Strong listening, collaboration, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure to meet goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist clients with supply chain needs and demands; support client service goals.
• Meet productivity standards and cost control targets; ensure KPI targets are hit.
• Promote LEAN principles and process improvements across the unit.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold safety goals.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and improvements clearly to associates.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to grow their skills and careers.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
