Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Senior HR Supervisor to partner with local leadership in Myerstown, PA. You will guide day-to-day people decisions, oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance investigations, and compliance across facilities. The role requires strong coaching skills and a strategic, change‑minded mindset.

The position supports employee development, drives HR improvements, and ensures clear two-way communications to help the business reach its goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; PHR preferred.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with increasing responsibilities including generalist duties.
• Experience in HR operations across multiple states and non-union environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to guide day-to-day people decisions aligned with values.
• Manage associate relations, performance investigations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Educate teams on company policy and legal requirements, ensuring HR compliance.
• Provide dotted-line support to HR Coordinators handling onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll.
• Coach individuals and teams to higher performance and support change management.
• Promote effective two-way communications and help achieve business goals.

Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.***Location:** Myerstown, PA **Responsibilities*** Effectively partner with local leadership to guide day-to-day decisions about people and foster behaviors which are consistent with Saddle Creek’s values* Timely and consistently manage associate relations, performance management, investigations, recruitment and selection* Educate teams on company and legal requirements and ensure compliance across HR functions* Dotted line management of Human Resources Coordinators supporting assigned facilities whose responsibilities include hourly recruiting and onboarding, hourly time keeping and compensation, and general HR administration within the facility* Support employee development at all levels* Coach individuals and teams to higher performance* Identify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processes* Facilitate change management; assist with start-ups* Promote effective two-way communications* Personally contribute to achievement of business goals**Qualifications**Education/Experience* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, PHR preferred* At least 5 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibilities some of which must have included HR generalist responsibilities* Experience in HR operations for multiple states preferred* Experience working in a non-union environment and executing union avoidance measures and tactics* Experience in logistics, manufacturing or similar industry preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities* Highest standards of integrity, excellence, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement* Proven ability to influence all levels of HR teams, Management and other associates* Self-starter with a strategic viewpoint* Ability to identify issues and implement solutions* Ability to anticipate and analyze problems, resolve issues through creative problem solving and manage multiple projects with changing priorities* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to adapt those skills to the audience* Knowledge of HR labor and employment law, and the ability to interpret, apply and articulate this knowledge in support of business initiatives* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
