Schwan's Company is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager to lead HR for pizza manufacturing facilities in Erie, PA, North East PA, and Westfield, NY. Union experience is required for one of the three union facilities.

You will drive safety culture and lead employee engagement, talent acquisition, training and HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for strong leadership, project management, and a deep knowledge of U.S. HR laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years' experience as an HR Business partner.
• Experience staffing, talent strategies, employee engagement and relations.
• HR leadership in a union facility is required.

We are hiring a Sr. Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and team for our pizza manufacturing facilities located in Erie, PA, North East, PA, and Westfield, NY. In this role, you will drive the company's safety culture and play a key leadership role in the plant. Your HR expertise will enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and company-wide HR initiatives within our fast-paced environment. What You Will Do:

• Build strong relationships with factory leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results.
• Drive engagement by championing the company’s vision, mission, purpose, and culture initiatives.
• Provide transparent communication, and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
• Administer Human Resources function in collaboration with Center of Excellence groups including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, EEO/AA, and benefits.
• Coach, motivates and develops team members and the plant leadership team.
• Direct, train and develop a team of HR professionals,

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 8+ years' experience as an HR Business partner creating and executing staffing and talent strategies, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations.
• Strong project management and business acumen with experience in driving programs that support the overall business objectives.
• HR experience in a union facility.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and regulations, U.S. HR and employee relations' practices and policies.
• People management experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $178,000 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
