CJ Schwan’s in Florence, KY, is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead four pizza lines with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

You will supervise Production Supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and develop team members to meet specifications, while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

This role offers a base salary up to $154,000 with a 15% incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership, ideally in food production.
• Strong ability to interpret safety and technical documents; effective problem solver and communicator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Proven ability to supervise, develop, and motivate teams while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production across all departments.
• Guide several Production Supervisors to help monitor processes and product quality, quickly identifying and correcting deviations to meet specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing scrap, waste, and non‑conformance while optimizing labor, equipment use, and cost.
• Review operational, quality, and personnel reports to identify trends, opportunities, and required corrective actions.
• Prepare performance reports, ensure on‑time facility start‑up each shift, and develop, coach, and train team members.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
