Job summary

Schwan’s Company, a U.S. affiliate of CJ CheilJedang, is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager to lead HR for pizza manufacturing facilities in Erie, PA, North East PA, and Westfield, NY.

The role focuses on safety culture, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Union experience is required. Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in HR Business partnering are expected, with PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years’ HR Business Partner experience.
• Union facility experience required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with factory leadership to implement people plans and drive business results.
• Lead engagement by promoting the company’s vision and culture.
• Oversee HR programs including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, EEO/AA, and benefits.
• Coach and develop HR professionals and plant leadership.
• Administer HR functions in collaboration with Center of Excellence groups.
