CJ Schwan’s in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead four pizza lines, drive safe, efficient production, and ensure cost control. You will guide multiple Supervisors, monitor quality, and implement corrective actions to meet specifications with a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership in food production, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficient MS Office usage; SAP experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership, ideally in food production.
• Strong ability to interpret safety and technical documents; effective problem solver and communicator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

This role drives employee development, ensures consistent policy and cost control and solves daily operational issues to maintain highest performance.

What You Will Do:

• Lead all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production across all departments.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
