Job Summary

A high‑level strategic partner responsible for leading assigned team members and shaping and executing HR strategies that align with organizational business objectives. Advises all levels of leadership on talent management, workforce planning and change management initiatives while overseeing high‑risk employee relations and compliance matters.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Eight or more years of HR experience, including at least five years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Internal candidates with slightly less experience may be considered based on demonstrated performance and alignment with role expectations.
  • Verifiable experience in coaching, advising and consulting leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (Preferred).
Essential Functions
  • Leads the daily operations of HR within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Acts as point of contact for HR team members, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Shapes and nurtures workplace culture and engagement strategies that align with mission and values, fostering belonging.
  • Leads development and implementation of HR strategies, change management initiatives and supports organizational transformation efforts.
  • Provides strategic guidance to all levels of leadership on engagement, organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
  • Partners with the network HR director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the network.
  • Oversees and guides complex employee relations cases, including investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and mitigates HR‑related risks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Organizational Requirements
