An established industry player is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives. This pivotal role involves providing strategic support across global business units, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee relations. The Sr. HRBPis responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management in designated business units. The position formulates a partnership with HR functional areas to deliver value-added service to management and team members that reflects API's business objectives. The Sr. HRBPwill provide strategic support to several business units while supporting our team members within those businesses across the globe. This role acts as a strategic liaison between the business and the HR department to address business challenges, understand their needs, and align HR strategy to meet those needs. You willwork with business leaders and the HR team to offer strategic and functional HR leadership and services to assigned units, including the planning and implementation of HR processes, strategies, and policies.The Sr. HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
This position is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days at our headquarters in Melville, NY after the initial few weeks of training exclusively in office.

Compensation
Good faith annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate with years and type of experience.
