You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leaders, crafting and embedding people-focused strategies that shape our culture, empower our teams, and advance our ministry’s impact globally.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with division leadership to translate ministry and business objectives into actionable People & Culture strategies.
• Guide leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Champion organizational effectiveness and help lead cultural transformation efforts.
• Support Integrity Music's mission to cultivate songs of substance that reach hearts and nations.
