Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement human resource strategies that support the Refrig-It operational objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion, equity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming environment for all employees.
• Apply best practices in compensation and total rewards strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and all employees alike.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• A minimum of five years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of human resource practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR Certification is a plus.
