Sr. HR Generalist - $85K-$100K - Arlington, VA

Develop HR strategies, goals, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with leadership and managers across the organization to handle employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, organizational design efforts, and employee relations activities.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and orientation.
• Utilize training and development experience to create new programs and opportunities for employee growth.
• Handle benefits administration and maintain updates for employee selections.
• Support payroll through overseeing execution and serving as an HR point of contact for the Payroll team.
• Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert on the HRIS; ideally experience implementing a new platform.
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

About You:

• 6+ years of progressive and broad Human Resources experience supporting multiple functions.
• A bachelor's degree is required; PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
• Experience within Workday or a similar HRIS.

About the Position:

• $85K-$100K, depending on experience.
• Hybrid schedule of 4 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.
