H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks an experienced Sr. Human Resource Generalist to support HR and Talent Management services for employees in our Parsippany and Wall, NJ offices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the employee experience and will demonstrate a strong commitment to H2M’s mission, vision, and core values.
Responsibilities:
This position will support the employees and managers located in our Parsippany and Wall, NJ offices with full cycle HR services. Will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will work closely with HR Business Partners located in our corporate office for the related business to ensure consistency in approach and application of HR programs and resources. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
